NORTH END REVITALIZATION

In years past, the northernmost portion of Palm Beach had been less desirable than the Island’s southern counterparts. In the late 1990’s, however, Frisbie Group’s founding team saw the area’s intrinsic beauty and untapped potential, and began to systematically revitalize the North End’s Indian Road and North Ocean Boulevard, one house at a time.

A strategically accumulated mass, prime for revitalization.

By 2020, six ultra-luxury residential homes had been created, with 2 more built as a result of these improvements.

Distinct Architectural Style, Island Colonial Vernacular

The three most recent and noteworthy projects are located adjacent to one another at 1610 North Ocean Blvd, 225 Indian Road, and 219 Indian Road. Side by side along the inlet’s stunning turquoise blue waterfront, each estate embodies a distinct architectural style, united within the realm of the island colonial vernacular, but thoughtfully and uniquely distinguished. Blending timeless beauty with modern comfort and elegance, the homes range from 11,000 to 13,000 SF.

A positive transformation

Culminating in over $130MM in sales volume and resulting in a 4x increase in Town tax revenues. True to FG’s intent, the impact on Indian Road was positively transformational.
